my dog got a skin irritation from here

I took my dog to the Pet Paradise on University Blvd. I chose this pet facility because it looked as though she would have a great, fun time here. The pictures of the place were very impressive. We had bordered her here for 6 days, while we went on vacation. The biggest mistake we have ever made. The day we picked her up she was so scared and looked skinner then we had dropped her off. We also noticed she had dry patches of skin where hair had been missing. We took her to our vet right as we returned home and the vet mentioned she had caught a skin infection from the facility she was staying at. We notified Pet Paradise about the situration but all they wanted was their money. The manager said " well, that sometimes happens, some dogs are sensitive to the strong disinfectant we use". The visit to the vet cost me $250 to find out what was wrong with her skin. Pet Paradise never offered any sort of discount. Just said sorry and that sometimes happens. So just beware of the business, just because it has a nice facility doesn't mean your pet is being taken care of. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL.
