DO NOT GO TO PETERBROOKE IN THE RIVERCITY MARKETPLACE IN JACKSONVILLE,FLORIDA!! Went to purchase for a family member that never had peterbrooke chocolate before. The woman working there, who identified herself as the OWNER was an elderly caucasion lady with salt and pepper,blonde,brownish looking hair. Not heavy but not slender either; BUT was very, very, extremely rude. When i said ive had the caramel popcorn without pretzels she went back and forth with me telling me "no i didnt" and kept bickering with me about it. Then she said whatever, im not going to argue with you. She was unfriendly and seemed racist in her approach. Unhelpful and simply did not want us in "HER STORE". If this is what PETERBROOKE is about and how they treat their customers, then they should closed their doors and shut that place down.

A very fresh and delicious chocolatier!!! Always friendly service and very good products. Prices are comparable to " you get what you pay for".
