this place is a joke the people who work there writing the review s for this place!!!!!! wow is this getting bad.. i see buddy has played alot do believe i know who he is but anyways this is funny no one will have nerve to call this so called Internet cafe out well I'm here so here i go ill start with what's good on shatters yes people are nice and like to talk and don't mind helping you out ( i will say that is some of them that boss has her picks yea i do see that) its very clean and computers have issues every now and again which is understandable snacks are good even tho you can only have two even tho alot of us put alotta money on our cards. i can see if I'm coming in and only playing maybe $20 one time and asking for alotta things but if i want 5 or 6 snacks why cant i have it I'm putting money in there so what really is the deal i like the way i can get bottled waters or soda also coffee. i like coming in on Tuesdays for kings night and i see whats going on on Wednesday nights for pizza. not to bad not much of a turn out tho. fridays and saturdays are so busy its really becoming fun just To talk to the other people that i get to meet. well now for what really hits buttons about shatters well where do i really start THESE GAMES ARE FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU KNOW NOTHING KNOW THAT !!! YOU HAVE TO BE ELLA TO WIN HERE YES I HAVE SEEN A FEW NEW WINNERS BUT HAVE YOU SEEN THAT WINNERS LIST SHE WAS JUST ON THERE AGAIN WINNING $300 AFTER WINNING $250 AND $500 3XS IN A ROW PLUS JACKPOT 2XS IN A ROW,, HOW DO YOU JUST COME IN WHEN THE BOSS OPENS AND ON FIRST SPIN ALSO FIRST PLAYER OF THE DAY AND HIT LIKE THAT BACK TO BACK>>>>>>.>>>>>>>>>>>YEA I SEE SHE HAS NO LIFE WITH HER GIRLFRIEND BUT I SEE SHE ONLY COMES IN THERE WHEN THAT OWNER (BOSS) IS THERE. AS YOU CAN SEE NO I DONT LIKE HER I DONT THINK THAT THE SHOULD LET HER FRIENDS PLAY WHILE SHE IS THERE. ITS FAVORTISM TOWARD CERTAIN PEOPLE!!! WHATS GOING ON WHEN I HEAR JASON TALKING ABOUT ELLA HAVING TWO CARD ACCOUNTS!!!! WHY CANT I HAVE TWO CARD ACCOUNTS IF ITS LEGAL!!!!! WE SEE ELLA CAN HAVE WHAT SHE WANTS BECAUSE THE WORKERS ARE AFRAID THAT SHE WILL GET THEM INTO TROUBLE IF THEY DONT. I ALSO SEE THEY HAVE NOW HIRED A WORKER THAT HAS BEEN FIRED FROM PLAYERS WELL LETS SEE HOW LONG SHE WILL LAST OVER HERE?????? IVE SEEN HER AT PLAYERS IM NOT IMPRESSED..... AS FOR EVERYONE ELSE WHO WORKS THERE I THINK THEY ARE GREAT OTHER THAN THIS LAME REVIEWS JASON IS WRITING TO MAKE SHATTERS LOOK GOOD........ THE ONLY REASON THIS PLACE GOT A STAR IS FOR THE REVIEW TO EVEN BE POSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

listen up and i will tell you everything i have observed at shatters internet cafe first off i have noticed is the lady that is friends with the boss wins more than anybody else she has won back to back jackpots over and over but she doesnt play half as much as the other regulars for instance the nice older black gentleman is there everytime i have been there and he doesnt win anything i dont know if you have to be in love with the owner to win or what another problem i had is i was forced out early even though they say they close at 2 am it was about 12:30 and was asked to go because there wasnt many people which was understandable i guess even though i just dumped $85 into playing then i come back to play next day to find out the owners "friend lover" hits jackpot on first spin im just like the rest of you guys im always hoping to win big i play at all the cafes in town but will no longer return to this one you dont win here the only thing i liked bout this place was the cute blonde that worked there who was very nice to me yes its new and clean but that is at players exspense we pay for that by not winning im not there to pay for the owner to have a clean place im there to win money i have lost way to much money there which is my fault of coarse but have wised up and decided to spend my money on something else than just throw it away on making someone else richer at my exspense that place needs to be investigated soon before nice people lose any more money in this clean establishment

I play at differnet game rooms around jax and i have to say this place is nice. the place isn't filled with smoke and it's so big, you don't have to wait for someone to leave to get a dirty seat.

I stopped in thinking I could sit have coffee maybe pie and play on my laptop. Guess what no free Wi-Fi at least I dont think so. Instead I found a huge room filled with cubicals it reminded me at first of a customer service call center. However this was no call center.

******THIS PLACE IS SO AWESOME******

Every cubical has it's own brand new 19" or bigger flat panel monitor. The whole place has been redone from whatever was there before. The place smells brand new. The ladies behind the register were so nice. They didn't make me feel pressured or like I was stupid for not knowing what an "Internet Cafe" was. I had a ball and will be going back the next chance I get. Heather
