The manager Alex SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have no choice to assume this man is RACIST based on this interaction!!!

This was the absolute worse experience as a paying customer I've ever had. I never write
reviews.

Where do I start?

1. Served cold food
2. Order was incorrect
3. Had to wait for 10 minutes in drive thru
4. Asked to wait 10 minutes for more food along with 6 other customers some of whom are still waiting as I type this 20 minutes later.
5. Asked for refund. Was asked to produce the receipt that the manager ALEX threw away.
6. Was threatened that I could not receive my refund with out said receipt
7. Verbally assaulted by manager ALEX
8. threatened with physical violence after manager Alex came from behind the counter and got in my face.
9. Manager ALEX was asked by subordinates and customers to return money based on the fact that reciept was found and he still refused TO RETURN MONEY.
10. Manager ALEX then proceeded to refund the money and place money on the counter. After which the cook cam from behind to offer me some form of decency and dignity by placing the money in my hand and apologizing for the MANAGERN ALEX's behavior.

***He completely ignored the request of every Black person in the establishment. IT WAS NOT UNTIL A CAUCASIAN CUSTOMER SPOKE UP IN MY DEFENSE THAT THE SITUATION WAS RESOLVED****

This is horrible service and I will never go to another Popeyes without some sort of retribution.
