While the company was initiall...

While the company was initially proactive and the staff was very friendly, i've found that they also made numerous, unnecessary errors. Had our Board not been so heavily involved, these errors would have gone forward unchecked and unnoticed. The most critical to our HOA was noted in relation to the budget creation and bookkeeping. Considering that bookkeeping is the primary reason an HOA elects a property management company, it is my opinion that this is not a company for a hands off Board.

sounds familiar

Knowing what I know of this company; It sounds like Bgoode is actually one of the company's CAM's responding and not an actual home owner with one of their properties. The wording, vocabulary and frustration has a striking resemblance. That's almost comical too, but more so, it's very sad. They've insulted their community members at board meetings, and now on here as well. It's no wonder the number of properties they manage is on the decline.

A company you would be proud to use

I had the unfortunate experience to meet the person whom I believe rated this company. Her ranting on this review is so similar to the many outbursts she displayed at the board meeting that it is almost comical. I am a homeowner who fully supports the board’s decision to bring in a property management company. I supported the increase of the dues in order to better our community. Unfortunately, there are so many uneducated homeowners in this neighborhood that you can't reason with them. Property Management Partners are very proactive considering the board of directors in completely inaccessible and non-responsive to the needs of the community. I would highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a firm that is dedicated to the betterment of each community they serve..

Manage What?

Unfortunately, I live in one of the communities that they claim to "manage." The community is getting worse by the day and they don't seem to care. It is becoming run down, debris cluttered, and trashy. They are nearly impossible to get in contact with and when you do make contact, the woman is very rude and confrontational. I know how my community has gotten, I'd hate to see their other communities. They are not professional, nor do they care about their clients and community members.
