Dr. Vilano was the perfect mix of bedside manner and clinical expertise. The wait time is long, but worth it. In their line of work, I am sure it is hard to predict how long any one patient will take. But Dr. Vilano was calm and professional with us. She answered all our questions, immediately put us at ease, and she was even nice to our ten-year-old who had to tag along.

The people at the desk are very rude. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back. The woman I finally talked to was extremely rude to me and acted as if I was some idiot. That right there makes me want nothing to do with this facility. I wouldn't even choose a star but its making do it to submit this review.
