Mrs. Roza is one of the sweetest and friendliest people I have ever met. I have been going to her shop for almost 10 years she has always taken very good care of me and all the people I have referred. And has been doing this profession for over 30 years.She is an amazing tailor and has done an amazing job on my clothing she has never given me any problems and is always very professional.

When going in for a wedding dress fitting she argued with my mother the entire time. I decided to come back to pick up my dress before she started the alterations. As she was removing pins she told me I had to pay. I stated that she had not even started the alterations and she advised me if i did not pay she would call the police on me. As I started leaving she began to pull on my wedding dress. I finally gave her some money and ran out with my dress. I have never been treated so badly by a business.
