Real Estate Investors Beware! I lent money to an investor who picked this title company and a Tammy M confirmed my money would be secured through a mortgage note being recorded and it never was. They do business with shady real estate investors and are not professional. Will break laws for other investors.
DO NOT USE THEM! I recommend anyone but them!

I recently moved from New Jersey to Jacksonville. The moving process is MUCH different here than the last time I moved and I contacted an attorney pretty late in the game. A friend recommended Jeff Marks and I am truly grateful that I followed that recommendation. Jeff has a wealth of experience to compliment his thorough, detail oriented and professional characteristics. Jeff never failed to answer my questions promptly, often within minutes of sending an email. He also reviewed the contract multiple times thru out the negotiation process. I have no doubt that Jeff's involvement in this transaction saved me headaches in the future.



Jeff also handled the closing and it was without a doubt the smoothest closing process I have ever dealt with. We were in and out within 40 minutes.



I will definitely be returning to Jeff in the future.
