(Deerwood, but office Manager at San Jose) I've had a patient there for many years named Merlin. I haven't had any issues with the treatment of my dog,however today, I do not know what is wrong with their office staff. They lied to me about how many visits my pet had and then when they realized they were wrong the particular office person ( I didn't see name tags - Black hair, older woman ) did not apologize for her false information. Basically she was accusing me of being a liar and my pet not having been attended by them. I have tried to get in touch with the San Jose Beauclerc Office staff and apparently she was in a "meeting". I haven't heard back. I don't appreciate being called a liar. I will not have someone disrespect me who is getting my business and in charge of the welfare of my pet when I have him taken care of. I will take my business to another reputable Pet Clinic/Hospital instead of paying people to be rude to me and possibly mistreat my pet.

We recently just moved to jacksonville and I could not recommend this vet enough! Decently priced, and friendly staff!

This place has the highest quality of staff in each and every department and the Doctors are both so Practical, Educated and Compassionate in giving my several dogs the finest care I've experienced in the 30 years I've been a dog owner. If you love your dog they are in my opinion the best Vet Clinic I have ever used.

just moved into the jacksonville area and have been happy with these as my new vet, great professional service and a good through check up , so they will be my one port of call for any health care issues that arise (hopefully none) with my 2 dogs, who are sometimes a bit acident prone. i honestly recomend these guys.

They are quick and professional

My family and I have been clients of this practice for over 20 yrs. We have moved from Jacksonville and no longer use this practice, much to our dismay. Without a doubt the doctors and staff are compassionate, loving and there for the animal. Dr. Nash and Dr. McMillian have gone far beyond their duties as vets to provide loving and compassionate care for our animals and provide excellent bedside manner to us as humans. They do what is neccessary for the animal but never just to soak more money out of you. These men are fair and absolutely the best animal hospital I have ever dealt with EVER!



This is an outstanding practice and you would do very well by your animals to take them to them.
