They advertise Dominican Hair Salon... My a@@!!! This girl this that was in there must just got done learning... Didn't know a thing about hair... Very rude always on the phone... And on top of it all overcharged me by $5.... Never had a worse experience in my who life! Warning you now... Don't wast your time!

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF! OVER PRICED, what should cost you $25 you'll get it here for $55.. Not a true Dominican place. PLUS customer service is NOT that great. A true Dominican hair stylist does not use flat iron. Very disappointed!

I moved to Jacksonville in April & discovered shazam Dominican salon ..I started going there and the stylist wasn't only nice to me but glorious to my hair they made my hair look great I did the ombré right before Christmas & it was beautiful I felt like a glamour girl. They recently just had a Christmas party for the clients and they made me feel like I was family we laugh, are and of course dance ..it was fun! I've never known any salon to have so much fun and in fact have good results in hair!

I went here once but never again! My hair was beautiful but the stylist tried to over charge me for the service rendered. I was charged 55 for the Dominican blowout, 10 for the deep conditioning treatment and quoted another 10 for the trim. She spoke to the other stylist in Spanish saying that she already charged me for the trim but not to tell me ( meaning the deep conditioning treatment was supposed to be included) she didn't know I spoke Spanish. All of a sudden the trim is free. She also overcharged me for the oil I bought from her. Never again! Beware if you go there and don't know Spanish you may be overcharged.
