One of the movers stole $3200 out of an envelope my wife had in a dresser drawer. Also damaged a dresser. Company does not stand behind losses

Absolutely amazing they were on time... Extremely professional... 3 men work like 5... I would recommend them to anyone... And well thank you so much for making my move so much easier

I can't say enough good things about Smooth Moves. They were wonderful from the scheduling, to the moving and finally in making sure we had a new bed we had ordered put together. They had to spend a lot of extra time with us to accomplish everything but everyone kept a smile on their face and a positive attitude. The owner even had to come lend a hand. I can't thank them all enough for getting us through a very long day.

Great moving company! We had 3 guys help move from a 3 bedroom condo to a 4 bedroom, 2 story house. They arrived early and were very time efficient and friendly. They got the job done as quickly as possible and were very considerate of not only our time, but of the placement of our belongings. It was a relief to have people come in with good attitudes who were respectful and smiling. We will definitely be using them for future moves and refer them to any friends who need moving services!

I am stationed in Afghanistan and recently moved from Venice, Fl to Jacksonville and had to orchestrate my move from 10,000 miles away and I gotta tell you; Smooth-Moves made my life so easy, I can't begin to tell you. Nothing was packed at the old place and my car was sitting in the driveway; but smooth-moves not only 'happily' and 'professionally' packed all my belongings; the even drove my car the 280 miles to the new place at no extra charge. WHO DOES THAT? When I asked them about the possibility of moving the car, I was expecting that I would pay extra; but their reply to me was, 'we're going that way anyway'. I repeat, WHO DOES THAT. I was in the customer service industry for 20 years and have rarely seen the level of service I received from everyone at Smooth-Moves. and oh yea--the price they quoted me as an estimate, was the exact price charged; which by the way--was a great price. I can't say enough about this 'family owned' company. It exemplifies what American small business was built on: personal service with the highest customer service. Thank you Smooth-Moves. Peter

We hired Smooth Moves to help us load a ABF U-Pack Trailer. From the very beginning I could tell that they didn't care much about putting our stuff in the truck so that it doesn't shift in transit. We moved many times before and this was the first time that I saw our stuff being jammed in a truck so carelessly. I was still hoping for the best. When we unloaded at our destination, it was a very sad picture, lots of smashed boxes, the mattresses and other things were very dirty (they did a bad job wrapping them), lots of scratched furniture, and one night stand that was totally smashed (we had to throw it out because there was no way of fixing it). We moved so many times before and never ever had smashed boxes, stained mattresses and broken furniture. I would not recommend Smooth Moves to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about the gentlemen that helped me move on February 1st, 2013. They were both so nice and efficient. The whole process was smooth and quick. They made sure to stay within my 2 hour window. They even helped me move my TV and few other items in my car. I will definitely use Smooth Moves in the future.

On time, worked hard, delivered on time, nothing damaged, great price and attitude! I will tell all my friends they are the best!

I used this company's services in January of 2013 for a local move. Not only were they the epitomy of professionalism, but they too were: well groomed and mannered, fully licensed/bonded and insured, punctual, trustworthy, friendly, swift, and, VERY CONSCIENTIOUS of moving items of great importance to me. I am a single, hypervigilant, NYC, Mother, and a professional who often has grandiose expectations -all of which were met and with a smile. I want to thank you for your helpfulness and efficiency in assisting me with moving my piano. Another moving company made two unsuccessful attempts to carry my baby grand piano up three flights of stairs into my condominium. I was ready to give up but a friend of mine recommended that I call Smooth Moves and make one more try.



Within thirty minutes of calling, you came over to look and measure the space and the piano. You determined that it was probably possible to accomplish this task with the right men and equipment. Two days later I had the piano sitting in my living room!



I am very grateful to you and glad that I called. It is an old piano but it has been in my family for a number of years and it was wonderful to see it when I walk into my home.. Thank you for making it a reality to share live music with my friends.
