As always, Southside Kia goes above and beyond customer service. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do not mislead you, and try their best to work with you in situations outside of the normal expectations. In particular, I want to recognize Anthony from the service department. I watch Anthony interact with other customers. He is polite, and detailed oriented. He will provide you a status update on your vehicle until it is back in your possession. I only take my car to Southside for these exact reasons I listed above. Thank you, Southside Kia!!!!

I will continue to give praise to the GREAT Service I receive from my Service Advisor Robby Sobol in the Service Dept. He is always so sweet, kind, listens, patient and most important keeps me updated for status on my car... Thanks for your Awesomeness and Superior Customer Service... I didn't forget about Riley...lol! He is always Great as well and on point to help me when Robby may not be available 😀

I brought my car in to get serviced and it didn't take long at all. It was done within 2 hours, even though I was initially told 3 hours. I was very pleased with that! Very professional staff and greeted me as soon as I arrived. Got me checked out and on my way quickly also. I live much closer to another Kia dealership, and when I have gone there, the experience was MUCH different and NOT in a good way. I will continue to bring my Kia to the Southside! ASHLEY was my advisor and she was the ultimate professional and very courteous!

Carisa Soto customer service skills are out of this world
She bent over backwards to make sure that you will always be totally satisfied
I brought my car for an oil change and she was able to let me know about a concern over some pieces of metal inside the oil gasket…
She’s got the issue diagnosed and had me in a rental and had me going with my day!
Keep me informed either through text messages or phone call and the all ordeal was taking care of by Southside Kia!

Excellent car shopping experience

Firas Hammami was absolutely outstanding to work with at Southside Kia, where I purchased a new 2023 Sportage on 6/7/2023. I received a very good trade-in rate on my 2022 Kia K5. This was a really good vehicle as well, but I needed something bigger and the trade in rate was irresistible.

Firas is now very much like a good friend as I bought the K5 from him in February 2022. He is very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and he helped get exactly what I asked for with no pressure to settle for anything less or more. Firas also provided a great deal of advice after the sale

Kristen Trainer in the finance department was also extremely pleasant and really knows her job, making the whole process smooth and efficient.

I also have to mention that bringing the car in for service was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Every single person I dealt with in Service were extremely pleasant and treated me like royalty, even when I came for my first oil change, which was FREE!

It was a pleasure to do business at Southside Kia and I consider myself fortunate to have met Firas. I highly recommend this dealership in general and specifically Firas Hammami at 904 400-6650.

Wow I can't say enough great things about this Kia service! I am military so therefore travel around and move quite a bit and have dealt with many service shops. This one by far has been the best over the last 20 years. We're on our 4th Kia in the family now.

Southside Kia has gone above and beyond many times. The waiting area is stocked with coffees, goodies, tv and very clean. I have utilized the complementary van service to run errands or have lunch while being serviced, all the drivers are friendly and courteous.

The best part is the scheduling and I spend very little time waiting, everything is super efficient!

Anthony Grant was a wonderful service advisor. Very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative regarding the vehicle and its status. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. I am always extremely happy with the service I receive at Southside Kia.

Anthony Grant was my service director on 1/13/22. He was amazing!!! I left my car there overnight due to the amount of service needed. I went home and accidentally broke my ankle. Mr. Grant accommodated me and drove my car to my house the next day because I could come and get it. Now that’s service!!!!!!! He’s amazing!

We were looking for a used car for our daughter's first car and had a great experience with our salesman Glenn Lepkowsky. He showed us a 2015 Kia Soul with low miles at a great price. Perfect! I would definitely recommend Southside Kia.

Took the Car for its 5000 mile service, they were on time , stayed to the time frame they gave me, fixed a couple of recalls at the same time, spotted a couple of things i hadn't notices and took care of those for me and my service manager Christopher kept me up on what they were doing throughout the appointment, came back and talked to me 3 different times just to keep me in the loop.

Daryl Bautista made my car shopping experience awesome. He was aware of my hesitation beforehand, listened, and didn't push. When I arrived, he already had a sense of what would be the perfect vehicle for me, and he was 100% accurate. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Darryl and Southside Kia.

Angela Bolding is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Ray is also a huge compliment to this dealership. I look forward to dealing with them again.

Great staff at front desk. Best service. Very good deals on new cars and existing car services. Waiting Lobby with all features like wifi, snacks. Coffee... etc.
