I had a very horrible year with them. I had cockroaches since day 2. The walls are paper thin and most of the apartments are infested with fleas. They claim to have security but I have caught them multiple times sleeping inside of the laundry room. The first time I walked in on one of them on a late evening I almost had a heart attack. I thought it was just a random person inside of the laundry room hiding in the dark. The apartments have HORRIBLE MOLD and the management does nothing to fix it. I have showed them pictures and have had multiple health issues related to the mold. They really do not care. I sent them letters repeatedly and they only pretend to care when you go in the office. I am moving out a month early only to avoid any more problems because trust me the management doesn't care about you after you move in. Pay on the 2nd of the month and get the $60 late fee that is never waived. Very very unpleasant and unhealthy place to live. If you have children, do not expose them to mold this severe. They merely paint over it right before showing the place. Not all the windows in all the units lock and the closet door and the bathroom door both came unhinged. Obviously positive reviews are by employees; they recently changed management but the new management only pretends to care, and still takes no action.
