Provided by YPmobileIF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE INCONVENIENCED & HIGHLY UPSET THIS IS YOUR PLACE! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT TRUST OR LEAVE IT WITH SUNBEAM AUTOBODY! MY INSURANCE (GEICO) REFERRED ME TO THEM BUT I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! SUNBEAM DID A HORRIBLE PAINT JOB ON MY CAR! THEY RIPPED UP MY INSIDE INTERIOR, THEY LEFT OIL & DIRT ALL OVER MY SEATS, THEY SCRATCHED UP MY CAR, THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK & IT TOOK 2 WEEKS! I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK THE SAME DAY I PICKED IT UP! EVERYTHING THAT THEY SAID THEY FIXED ON MY CAR THEY DIDN'T! THEY DID MORE DAMAGE THEN ANYTHING! CHEK YOUR CAR BEFOR YOU LEAVE! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH JACK & SUNBEAM! THE CHICKS BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER ACT LIKE THEY ARE WORKING FOR A PACK OF MARLBORO CIGARETTES!

Provided by YP.comI agree with unethical.
I was in an accident and the insured diver was covered under Geico. The staff was friendly, but did not communicate well and the repairs took over a week. I had to call them for every update.
I had to bring the car back because of a poor paint job and was not given a rental car, even though I returned it because of poor workmanship. I also had additional damages while it was at the shop that they refused to fix since it was not covered under the accident. this was extremely frustrating because they seemed a little smug about it. they were not happy when I returned the car to be repainted without dimples/ ripples. Overall, the shop just seems a little slack (they will do the job as poorly as you let them get away with).
I would definitely recommend using another body shop if you can.

Provided by YPmobileI would consider going elsewhere to have your car fixed. Geico suggested we go here when my car was in an accident. They appeared to fix the car the first time but upon receiving it back they had never fixed the alignment like we asked from the accident. They also tried to get away with least amount of work they had to do and did not replace all the clips on the front end bumper or inside the door panel. This was brought to their attention and they told us to bring it back. They fixed the molding on the bottom of the door and replaced clips. But I just noticed that they took clips from the side of the vehicle that was un damaged and put them in on the side that was damaged. I will not use their services again. I am taking my car to a mechanic to have it looked over tomorrow as I no longer feel safe in my car knowing short cuts have been taken during this repair. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Provided by YP.comAvoid at all cost! The "quality repair" they did on my $35k vehicle was an affront to anyone with vision (corrected or not). Sunbeam auto was to replace my damaged bumper cover, and fix any extraneous damage from the accident impact. They found the cheapest bumper cover (from someone else’s accident) and glued it to the car. Clips, and attaching eyelets that were not on the junk bumper Sunbeam used (broken off) are required for assembly! Long story short, took truck to another repair facility when the Sunbeam bumper cover began to pop off of my truck (Sunbeam's fabulous glue job did not hold), it was fixed right by Key Buick Auto body. Aside from how horrible sunbeam's repair looked.. Ask yourself, would you want an expensive piece of your car that is consistently subject to 50-75 mph winds daily, held on by glue????

Provided by YP.comI am recanting my previous review. I thought my tools were taken from my vehicle when in fact they were placed in safe keeping. But they were placed back into the wrong vehicle. My apologies to the techs and Sunbeam for my negative thoughts and comments. A special thanks to Amanda for calling me ASAP to let me know she has my tools waiting for me. Now I can say that The great service and quality workmanship stands out at Sunbeam. I would in fact use their services again.

Provided by YP.comI had heard good things about Sunbeam Autobody; so I took my car there for a paint job. I could not believe how beautifully my car came out. It just so happened that the man who had painted my car came out to the lot. He was so sweet and talked to us for a few minutes. He did a phenominal job. His name is Bob. Make sure you ask for him to make sure your car comes out as beautiful as mine did!
