My wife has been receiving services from TAMBOLINA Services for nearly five years and we are very satisfied with this company. Their management has always responded to our needs, and whenever we have any issues with any one, they will step in immediately and resolve our problems. But we have never had cause to complain about any of their workers because they were always professionals. We are very proud that we were able to have this company as my wife's service provider. We will recommend this company to anyone who is desiring to have a service provider to provide services for them. TAMBOLINA Services, Inc is an excellent company. They love their clients and they know their work very well.

Tambolina Services Inc. is a great company to work with. I have had them for the past 4 years and their staff provide excellent care for my son. The staff is very caring and professional. I will 100% recommend Tambolina Services to anybody.

They never provided any information about the worker. I don't know her last name, her background, or her skill level. This was my first experience, so I wasn't sure what to expect with a staffing agency or respite care. No assessment was done to see what we needed, who might suit or answer questions. I couldn't understand the man on the phone. The worker had been given 2 hours notice with no idea what was expected. My husband is a high level injury and requires 24/7 care. He's nonverbal and quadriplegic. None of this was considered. The company provided us with more hours than approved and 75% of the time the worker was sitting alone. I told them the hours were wrong and we chose to look elsewhere as we didn't feel their services were a good fit for our family. He insisted on finding other reasons and hung up on me. I called 2 companies and my caseworker; they said there should be a home assessment where we could express what we expected in a worker. Do not recommend Tambolina Services
