Well I guess they get 1 star because they eventually got some flowers delivered. Customer service? Not so much. I was told delivery would be no later than 11am. At 11:30 I called and mentioned I had to go out to lunch and would be back soon. The response was, "I'll let the driver know and I'll give you a call back." Over an hour later, I had to call them back because no one ever returned my call. That "no later than 11am" delivery turned into a 3:40pm delivery. I'm glad I didn't have too many plans that day and could afford to wait around an extra 4.5 hours! Then, when I called later to express my disappointment with the delivery and the arrangement, which looked nowhere near as full as the picture, even when I dished out the additional cash for a larger arrangement, the response was, "Well, we followed the recipe." This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I love Michelle and staff. They were super informative and helpful. Everyone should use Telaflower for their deliveries!!

Owner Michelle was very helpful designing my flower arrangement for my wedding. I would recommend Telaflower to anyone!
