Stay away! Poor quality/poor office staff! Bugs everywhere, nothing ever gets fixed, place gets more and more run down every day, office staff is constantly trying to cover their tails, trash is always piled up & over flowing, landscaping is useless, trees/bushes are overgrown, they never clean away the leaves/debris on your front patio/sidewalk area, There's rabid raccoons out during the middle of the day, there's dog poop everywhere! Management never enforces cleanup! Gym equipment is old/outdated & some of it doesn't work right. There are gangs of kids over taking the streets/parking lots/pool area. Electric bills are insanely high due to poor insulation/old windows, there are gaping holes all over the apartment. We are clean people and roaches are nonstop, carpenter bees are eating away at the buildings, half of the outside lights in the complex are never working. Flooding due to plumbing seems to be a common theme here in these apartments as we have experienced it ourselves,but also seen the cleanup crews here on a regular basis!



I'd look elsewhere if you were considering moving here!
