I had to bring back my comcast box and the lady behind the counter was confrontational. She told me that I was being rude. I asked my friend if I was and he told me no. She had a terrible attitude. I did have it boxed up since I didn’t have time and thought printing the shipping label was enough. I am not in the shipping business and just don’t know. It really was unacceptable and rude service. I had to call Comcast since I really didn’t feel comfortable that my equipment would make it back to them not damaged or at all.

I went in and there was a very helpful employee, Char. She not only had a smile on her face, she also was extremely knowledgeable with all services and products in the store. She went out of her way to answer my questions that did not even have to do with a UPS service. I will continue to go back to this location bc of employees like Char
