We meet on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of the month from 10:30 to 1 pm, with people coming and going at their leisure. Our doors are open to pre ops, post ops, family and friends. We've published a 250 low carb recipe book with every recipe having nutritional value. Books are $12.00 plus $3.00 shipping mailed within the lower 48 states and paid for my money order or cashier's check.
