WASTE OF TIME-I had a 2pm appt for a basic oil change package. I arrived just before 2 & waited 15min to speak to anyone. The manager then checked me in, while telling me I had no appointment, even though I had already gotten verification of said appointment via email.

I then sat in the lobby waiting, waiting & waiting until 3:15. At that time, I requested that my order be scratched & my car retrieved, since no one had even popped the hood yet. The man apologized & pulled a tech to drain my oil & refilled then give me my car at no charge, I had made it clear that I had a 300+ mile trip the next day & needed all the services offered in the package.

Needless to say all I got was new oil & an apology, So your employees burned up an hour & 40 mins of my time just so I could turn around and spent another hour going somewhere else to have the rest of the work done. You need to retrain all your service people at the 5889 Normandy Blvd, 32205 location. They charge $105 an hour,as do I for my time, & they wasted almost 3hrs of my time. They should be fines at least that much for playing at work on your & my time. This is one customer you have lost forever & all my friends will also be forewarned.

This is by far the worst Tire Kingdom me and my fiancé have been to. I went to get an oil change. I got there at 9:45 or so and mind you I was the only one there. They didn't get to my car until 11:44. For me to be the only person there it shouldn't have taken that long to get my truck an oil change
