I took my car in for the tires to be balanced and rotated. The tires in the back are noticably more worn than the ones in the front. I dropped it off in the morning and came back at lunch to check on the status since they had not called to say it was done. They couldn't find the keys to my car for about 10 minutes and then came back and said they hadn't done the rotation and balance yet. Understandable since I hadn't received a call. When I finally got a call around 3pm I returned to pick up the car. I checked the tires and the worn tires were still in the back. I asked to talk to the mechanic that worked on my car and have him explain what he did. He looked me straight in the eye and told me that he had rotated them front to back and balanced them. So either he lied or their management is so bad that they rotated them once in the morning and once in the afternoon and didn't realize it. This is the second time I have had issues with their service. I do not recommend going there without knowing exactly what you need done and being able to tell that it was indeed completed.
