We have lived here years ago, place was under different mngt.The man wasn't the best but by far better than this place is managed now. They neglect everything. So many code violations, health hazzards. Not fit to live in. No pest control, places have all kinds of unwanted bugs. Code insp. reported violations more than once, nothing has been done to upgrade and no one cleans up tge garbage laying around our streets. Seems like they want their money to line their own pockets with it instead of taking care of the people that live in the community they're to be in care of. It is unlawful to change the amount of rent for 1 year of residence. Lease says one thing they want another. They have upped the rent twice, within 10 months. Not legal. What's the question we ask each other? Is your water turned off???? No one gets any notice of water being turned off, people have babies here, the elderly live here, people bathe and cook. Water,been turned off on us 3 times in 8 months with no warning.

This place has gone to hell since Sandra Page took over as manager She wants to get rid of everyone and have nothing but Mexicans live here, the homes are falling apart
