Always good service. Good product. Very responsive company. Techs are careful of homeowners property not part of their inspections/treatments.

Pam who does my pest control is wonderful and always friendly helpful and professional when she comes for appointments. She Addresses problems quickly if they arise and follows up to ensure the problem is resolved.

The employees at Turner are always respectful of our home, family, and schedule. They are always willing to take the time to answer our many questions. As new residents of Florida this is important because we have a lot to learn. We're very thankful we found Turner to help us.

Professionalism and thourough just as I expected. The technician Greg went above and beyond in explaining everything that was being treated at my home from beginning to end. Although, I was hesitant at first about getting into a contractual agreement, Greg was very transparent in explaining to me all the benefits of having the services that Turner provides. It is definitely an investment worth having, and I am so glad that I did!!!

Michael was very nice and informative. My main focus is I DO NOT like bugs of any kind and he assured me that he would take care of it and he is generally in my area so if I were to have any problems to give him a call. He also gave me good advice on what to expect because of the building that's happening next to me and around me. I'll keep a look out and have him on speed dial if I need to. Overall the turner guys were awesome starting with Tim my initial termite inspection guy.

Turner has been a great pest control company for us, and the professional who came out today, Pam, did a very good job of taking care of our house. She did the annual inspection for termites and she was professional and friendly.

Our Technician was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up after himself.

We started using Turner Pest Control a year ago when we build our new home. Pam is our technician and we absolutely love her! She is very knowledgeable and keeps our home bug free!
Last fall I had a wolf spider in the pantry and when I went to kill it the babies on her back went everywhere, I immediately called Pam and she was here within 15 minutes to spray. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Pam and Turner Pest Control!

I am very pleased with Turner Pest Control's home services. No bugs period. That's hard to find here in Florida. Airon P. was our technician and was the most thorough and professional we have had yet. He took the time to cover all areas and answered all our concerns. I've used many different services in the past, and none compare to the job Turner provides. We are VERY happy customers.

Throughout the 27 years of pest control I have received. Turner has delivered the best and most courteous. Their Technicians have been a pleasure to work with.

I had numerous problems with Turner Pest Control and with their service to my lawn. They don't show up when they say they are coming to do service. They changed my appointment 3 times and didn't bother to call to inform us. Poor communications within their Company. I called the Customer Service & Supervisor and they say they will return my calls but don't return calls. The one time I finally got to talk to the Supervisor he assured me that they would automatically do a follow up appointment after service to correct problems but they never did that either. I wrote letters & emailed pictures but they don't respond. Turner Pest Control had my grass patchy looking with different colors from shades of brown, yellow to light green in different areas and my whole side yard was brown. I became very frustrated after several months of them promising to follow up and correct problems which they never did. I didn't have the time, energy or patience to deal with them any more so finally cancelled their service & hired a different Company to fix the mess they did to my lawn. If you decide to use Turner Pest Control - Good Luck and if you have problems with their service get another Company...They are not worth dealing with.

I have had Turner's services for lawn, termite and pests for over a year now. Their people are knowledgeable and friendly, their prices are very competitive, and their ability to deliver awesome service with a local friendly touch is something you don't see that often these days. Thanks Turner!
