CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

This is the worst place to ever go to!!! My business has been open for 17 years. The mail carrier could not deliver my package as I had not opened yet. The package was marked as delivered. Not possible. When I got to the post office the rude woman informed me that it was on the shelf because my package was marked business closed. I attempted to ask why it wasn't resent and she said because it was marked that the business was closed. The store next to me is closed, but she didn't want to hear it. WORST POST OFFICE STATION!

Horrible service by the mail carriers! Not only do they lose our packages on a regular basis, but today I came home and the lock on my mailbox had been changed! I live in a condo complex. So I cannot get into my mailbox now. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

CLUELESS/UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! AND I MEAN THE WHOLE STAFF! ALL THE WAY FORM MY MAIL CARRIER, TO THE CASHIERS IN THE POST OFFICE TO THE MANAGER THAT IS OVER THEM ALL!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I HAVE TO FORWARD MY MAIL TO MY GRANDMOTHERS ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN GET IT... AS SHE IS NOT IN THE MERRILL RD DISTRICT! I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO GET MY MAIL BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE!!! HOOOOOOOOORIBLE!!!!!
