I live in a big community complex our regular mailman was ok I knew him for so long and delivers mail on time but sometimes his proxy

got problem..I expected a box to be delivered last Saturday never came .He left notice i n my box saying that I am not available.I am home nobody attempted to knock. So I called 800 number and complain and requested delivery for Monday .aside from calling I requested a redeiivery again in my computer for Monday Mar 3..again nobody deliverd the package..So finally called the post office itself ad found out he left the box there and now my 3rd request for delivery heaven knows what will happened..I am calling them right now they are not answering..I filed a formal complaint people here have attitude problems too...Hello Mr. Supervisor are you aware whats going on??I guess this is not the first time it happened to me ..ah can you do something about it its 2014 Sir..

Terrible service, awaiting a Christmas package, it is the 23rd. The Post delivery Person marked it as delivered at my address and mail box, my mail is here, but not my package. Called the post Office on Beach Blvd what I can do about it. they could care less, really.... Raising our prices continuously, but the service goes down every year....what a joke!!!! I guess I will not get my Christmas Gift for someone in time, because of them. Who knows were he "delivered" it !!!!!!!! What a mess and a shame, I am highly upset, because I paid extra to get it today!!!!!
