Lazy staff

So I called this value pawn to find out some information about a product, was informed they dont have any of the product I was looking for. Something told me to go look for myself liw and behold when I get there the store has 6 of the items priced and ready to sale I ask how long have the items been here and management says a year. So not only was the staff I spoke to on the phone lazy he didnt even know about the stuff sitting directly behind him. Never call a value pawn if you want help because you wont get it.
