My car was dinged by flying rocks/debris from the never ending construction on I95. I got several estimates and all were within a few dollars of each other. I decided on Viverette's because they offer a written life-time warranty. Next to my house my car is my biggest investment and I can't afford to take any chances. Picked up my car Friday and it looks great. The paint looks flawless and the color is an exact match. They even detailed my car inside and out which was a nice surprise I didn't expect. I got a quality repair and peace of mind. Would recommend.

My first accident ever after over 40 years of driving (might be closer to 50 years but whose counting). Can't really say I know how these accident repairs are supposed to go, but I can say I was extremely satisfied. Joe explained my estimate and got me rental car. The shop kept me posted on the progress and when I picked up my car it was clean and flawless. My first and I hope my last accident. Very satisfied would recommend.

I went to Viveret's as recommended by GEICO,I arrived around 11:30am. I was given prompt attention,got into my really nice rental car and was prepared to allow a couple of days to have my bumper replaced only to receive a call around 5:00pm that my car was ready for pickup. I thought to myself wow that was fast so I drove back to the shop prepared to give the bumper a really good look over to make sure things were done properly. When I looked at the bumper it was perfect and I asked if it had been replaced and was told no,we were able to repair it. I looked again, and again all I can say is it was perfect, the paint matched and you couldn't tell there had been any damage. Gave a whole new meaning to "LIKE IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED". I rate service EXCELLENT...workmanship EXCELLENT..promptness EXCELLENT...I would recommend Viverret's and will return for any future work I may need.

I'm glad Geico paid for the work done here, because I sure wouldn't have. They gave me my car back with VERY obvious flaws in their work. It might be a great shop with POOR quality control, but I wouldn't go back. Second attempt to address the problems yielded only slightly better results.

Used this location because of Geico s lifetime repair warranty and convenience. My front passenger door and pillar were damaged. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that they had spilled something on the hood and on some black trim along the windshield. They wiped it down but to this day water does not bead up like the rest of the hood and the trim is discolored. They also over sprayed primer on the rocker panel. I have returned it twice. The first time was because the door won t seal out wind noise, the paint was beginning to peel, and the fender wells were coming apart. The second time was for wind noise that still has not been fixed. Today, I go back because the trim is coming off of the door.

Freindly and very Competent Operation, the Geico guy met me at the repair shop; my repair was less than the deductable, however, after searching reviews and visiting several other repairs places I stayed with Viverettes's Paint and Body Shop. The work was fast, welll done and no need for a comeback. I could have gone anywhere; I paid the whole bill myself and it was worth the money. For me, they are a Recommend; everything is out in the open; use your own eyes - look around, Visit a coule of other places; I drove 18 miles to have peice of mind. Thanks to everyone at Viverette's!

I don't normally post reviews but I am so happy with the quality of work and service I received that I thought I would post something. Viverette's Paint & Body Shop repaired my car beyond my satisfaction. The work was finished in the time frame promised. They even gave me information regarding their warranty on the paint work and the body work. I was treated in a very professional manner each time I spoke with someone. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
