I returned a window because it didn't close properly and ask them to provide a letter from the manufacture that field modifications will not void warranties. Never received letter and after 6 months of no response I called and they said my window was gone! So I asked for money back they said sure you can have money back. Yeah they gave me the run around for weeks until I finally said go screw yourself. During this time another family member used their services for windows and one window had a discoloration on it so they said they would replace it. It took 2 months of calling and them saying they will be right over, every excuse known to man. Finally they called the father that started the company and explained what his screwed up son whose running the company now was giving the run around. That same day they received the new window. So I guess daddy pulled out the belt. So beware do not pay the full amount for the material until its installed and approved, hold retainage on this poorly ran company.
