Provided by YPmobileThis vet refused to treat a dog that has a leg swollen twice the normal size and peeing blood that all happened within a few hours for unknown reasons because my friend did not have cash! They told them to put the dog in a cage and wait until the have cash to come back! They do not care about animals at all!!! Only money!
