The staff at the Jacksonville, IL Merle Norman store are very knowldegeable about the products they sell. The lady who helped me was courteous and professional. And, my wife got a FREE makeover. The line of mens products is sensational! I'll definitley be back to the Jacksonville location. It was a great experience.
