Owner is very irate, abusive, and completely unprofessional. Originally went there to fix my brakes and speedometer. Did not fix my speedometer and my brakes still sqeak when I press my brakes. I went there FIVE times to try and fix my brakes, on my last visit we were upset about their service and the owner Jeff became very abusive and did not want to refund any money or hear why were were upset. He threatened to put his hands on us after we tried to explain to him that after the 5th time going into his shop all we wanted was our brakes to be fixed. I've paid this business aprox. 700.00 and have regretted it ever since. I will be going to a different auto repair shop after months of dealing with AGW Atuo.

Love this place. Place like when you grew up. I like that they don't try to sell you unnecessary services.

I always take my vehicles to Charlie.. its a family ran shop and when theirs something wrong they dont give up.. if they say the fixed it then its fixed never have a problem with them at all.
