Provided by YPmobileMore people should know about this place. I'm lucky to have read the reviews and decided to have them help me out with an issue I have been having for some time. I was told by another shop that I needed to replace my ac compressor, when in fact that wasn't what was causing the problems. Not only are they're labor charges the cheapest I've ever seen...but they can get parts that you need cheaper than you will pay at most auto parts stores and make sure you aren't over-spending. They are courteous, professional, and flexible about scheduling. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs car work and I will be returning if I ever find myself in need of automobile assistance.

Now I would like to tell my side of this story. Jennifer drove her car to our shop on May 1, 2013 for check engine light on, hearing water sloshing and water in passenger floor board. Also sometimes it would over heat. First of all we ran a scan diagnostic. The cost for this is $70.00. There is a sign posted in my office stating this. We found code P0301 for #1 cylinder missfire. Checked the ignition coil and spark plug. They appeared new. However, where she had these installed, they did not add dielectric grease to the spark plug which caused this missfire. We added the grease and reinstalled plug. Then cleared the codes. The car did not overheat with us. Checked cooling fans, because she was told they were not working, They are working, but her oil light kept flickering which she knew about. This can cause a car to overheat when it is abused from not changing the oil and the car loosing oil pressure from time to time. Her ac drain was stopped up and we did try to clean it out with a wire hanger (even the dealership uses this) As we explained to her, there is a repair for this. 02 Mits Galant are known for this problem. But once you make the repair, it backs up the water in the drain tube and drips on the drivers feet. Charged Jennifer $70.00 for all of this and $39.42 for an oil change. Then she called and had her car towed in onJune 12, 2013.(keep in mind she drove it in the first time) She said her car keeps cutting off, hard to crank and the check engine light was on. We ran another scan diagnostic and found codes p0102 vaf circuit, p0113 intake air, and p300 for random missfires. After checking her mass air flow sensor we found it was bad and needed replacing. Called the customer and she was immediately mad because she thought it pertained to the last time her car was here and it should be free. I tried to explain it was not the same thing, but she did not want to hear what I had to say. She was the one who got defensive and wanted her car. I told her she owed us $35.00 for the diagnosis and then she went off on me on the phone. So at that point I did get defensive. I don't understand why people have to be so nasty. I do understand we are not going to make every customer happy, but I am proud to say 99 percent of our customers love us. I hated Jennifer felt she had to report this with such anger, but that is her right.

Provided by YP.comI took my car here because of positive reviews I read of them. It had been experiencing some issues with cutting back and the check engine light was on. also there was water coming from under my dash in the passenger side. I asked for an oil chage while it was there. Firstly they told me that they could not fix my problem with the water coming from my dash. they said they needed to clean out the vent but couldnt get to it because it was at an angle and that the coat hanger couldnt get through. ok, coat hanger? isn't there another tool you can use for this that actually for this purpose??? ok so then they said they couldnt find a problem and they just lubed up one of my spark plugs. and told me that my light might come back on. Um, why did i bring it to you then!?! So basically i was charged 100 dollars for an oil change. The next week the check engine light is right back on and actually cuts off with me at a stop light. I tow it back there and they said it would cost 400 dollars to fix the problem. When i asked why this wasn't discovered the first time the woman at the desk gets very defensive and horrible rude! I will never take my vehicle here again! So angry!
