I have lived in Jax, for 30 years, eaten at this AppleBees many, many times. I have always been greeted upon arrival within a couple of minutes at the most, treated with respect, seated at clean tables and the food is awesome! Our waiters were always attentive to our needs so what these other reviews are saying is untrue, or maybe the restaurant was packed as it usually is and they were being taken care of asap!!! Also I have worked at restaurants as a waitress when I was much younger in a resort town and people are just human, and not there just to make sure that everything goes to your upmost expectations!!!They are there to make it a nice experience and if you want the best then go to Lynn's Steakhouse and pay 70.00 dollars for a meal.

We've been to this Apple Bee's several times and really enjoy the food but the service leaves a lot to be desired. It takes a long time for the food to arrive and the waiters and waitresses haven't been very good about checking to make sure drinks stay full. They also forgot to bring us our appetizer last time but they did try to make up for it by giving us a voucher for a free dessert for the next visit.

We waites 30 minutes to be seated, the waitress didnt even sit us and then we waited 45 minutes get our food, another 20 to get our check and we were ignored by out waitress many times when she would walk by and all we wanted was our check. Unfortantley I wouldnt reccomend this Restaurant to anyone
