Provided by YP.comOne star is too many; run the other way! After 2 1/2 months and 6 appointments, they still could not complete the repairs. I went to the store to talk to the owner to get a reasonable solution to finish the repairs. His best solution was to make a 7th appointment. I told him that was not acceptable, and he recommended I find another contractor that could provide better customer service. When I reported the problem to the BBB, he blamed the entire problem on me and ‘big business’. He said I was hostile for coming into his store and said that it was unfortunate that small business pay the price for the poor customer service of big business. I supposed bringing the wrong parts on the second visit (missed diagnosis on visit 1), and bringing the wrong parts again on visit 5, only to realize you didn’t need a part to fix the stove, then rewiring it backwards was the fault of the home warranty company? Do you also realize how crazy it sounds to be upset that a customer, to whom you still owed service and had yet to fulfill it, came to your business? It's a business! People/customers go to businesses all the time. It should have never gotten to 6, 8, or 10 weeks. After 4 weeks the owner or the service manager should have come out to fix it themselves; they certainly should have called me at any point in the 10 weeks and explained the shortfalls and problems they were facing. They never completed the service, and their customer service failed long before the 6th and 7th appointment. The owner assumed his office manager and service manager were doing all the right things. The owner chose instead to only look at the information his employees offered him and did not dig deeper. Get out of your office and engage with your customers and figure out what your employees are doing with your business on your behalf. You can learn from failure, but you have to accept/admit it first.

Provided by YP.comWhen calling the number it is sent to a tella marketer for a cruise. Now I'm called by them!! The service was a Half an hour late. And they don't ask your approval , fix it then charge you later their service fee
