We frequent C&D often since has begun tinkering with small engines. If they don't have a part in stock they can usually get it. I read other reviews about them being rude-they really aren't. The older gentleman who owns the place had a stroke, so he moves a little slow and is a little quiet, but he really does appreciate everyone's business so maybe be more patient and understanding! Jaime is my favorite mechanic there and can fix just about anything. Their prices are low as well!

Rude Rude Rude, you have to be nice to people if you want their money. Instead of being a smart-ass, maybe try being helpful.

Totally disappointed. I walked in, I wasn't even acknowleged that I was there. It seemed as though I was a bother and not a customer. I will never walk in there again. There are other places to go in Jacksonville, I recommend going to the other repair shops and NOT C&D..
