The main problem is Advantage Gold, the property management part of the company. The owner is dishonest, unethical, and disorganized. Do not let them manage your property!!!

Horrible Customer Service Beware Marines They will not break your lease even when you deploy, EAS or anything else. Don't believe them when they say they will, you will get ripped off. I had to pay for four months after I left due to some BS they provided me and legal can't do anything due to the fine print on the lease. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED MARINES CENTURY 21 SEES YOU AS MONEY SIGNS DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING.....

We rentd a 3 bedroom houe for 900 a month. When we moved in the house was a dump. Te front dor was broken the back door from the garage to the backyard was nailed shut....there were ail holesVERYWHERE. There as mold in the bathroom and the frnt window was broken. There were also marks on every wall in every room...when moving out theyu chrged us for EVERYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY BROKEN OR DAMAGED...we ending up getting a letter staing that they were keepin out 900.00 dollar deposit PLUS chargid us another 800.00 for damages.. I dont mind payig fo things that I or my family have done to th home bt most of the charges were from things that wee already damaged or from stuff THEY DID. DO NOT RNT FROM THEM...I would suggest going somwhere else. thy are rude and notelpful and the peopety manger myranda brown is a BITCH. . . .ALSO we paid rent EARLY. SO SCREW THEM

This real estate firm has been the best company I have ever worked with. It's a shame those people who don't pay their rent on time, or destroy another Marine's home have the right to write any reviews! Thank you, Century 21 Advantage Gold, for being the absolute best in customer service! I have used this company several times over many years to buy and rent property! They are the best!

THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY PERSONNEL AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SET ASIDE PROGRAM. IF YOU SAW THEIR HOUSES YOU'D KNOW WHY THE MILITARY WOULD NOT APPROVE THEM TO BE LIVED IN. As a company that is "SUPPOSED" to have such high standards this company lacks everywhere possible! You need a place to RENT? Don't come here! Property management lacks! You will be over charged! They will charge you for things that was not clean when you move into their property! They DO NOT keep up with houses!! Never seen one that did not need cleaned! In some way or another! Buying!! Ha what a joke! Will not work with you wants full price! No negotiations, Buyer pay closing and so on!! I have bought and sold before so I am no stranger to this game! But I never used this company before and from now on I will listen to others when they say stay away from century 21 in Jacksonville NC. Learn from your mistakes!
