AWFUL, LIES LIES LIES. I had been to the store in the past for promand all went well, but DO not go if ou are looking or a wedding dress. They will make you wedding dess experience awful and not what is should be. they sent me to a place to get my dress altered because the person was "so great" and she didnt even work there anymore.. Please do not go to Classics i you are looking for a wedding dess

My daughter and I went into Classics to shop for her wedding gown. We barely got noticed walking in the door. When someone finally did ask what they could help us with, she acted like we were inconviencing her. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she said WE had to look through all the dresses because she didn't know what was on the racks. As a small business owner shouldn't you know exactly what you have in stock? The whole time we were there she came across as having better things to do. They were not busy, maybe two other people in the store and probably three other employees. We found the perfect dress for my daughter but due to the poor (or lack of customer services) we will not be buying it from Classics, I won't be stepping a foot back into the store.

My best friend and I are planning my wedding and were out in Emerald Isle booking my wedding venue and decided to drive in to Jacksonville, NC. After hearing some good things about Classics we decided to give them a chance since my wedding is a very important day in my life and I want a perfect dress. We walked into the store only to recieve a luke warm reception, it was almost as we were bothering the employees that were working. One of the woman who was working had the audacity to tell us that it was prom season and that she didn't have time to help me. If this is how the management and employees are at Classics I would say run the other way. In today's economy customer service is an easy way to keep your business busy and keep customers coming back. I pity anyone who has to shop there because they will be treated the exact same way. Oh on a last note I feel that Classics' feel that they can treat people like this because of the large military member prescence and high turnover.
