I don't usually so This sort af thing but... These guys (and ladies) were awesome! I drove from Wilmington and they worked with me as long as it took to make it happen. All the staff were very friendly, the facility was very modern and clean. We sat around and talked about life and whatnot, while I was waiting the paper work. Jessica was an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, sales person. As well as the whole staff that I worked with. Not sure what the bad reviews on here are about, cause I was very happy with me buying experience. The car was nicer, cleaner, and better priced than a same year/make/model at other, lager dealerships. To sum up, the staff was great, the car was great, and the facilities were great... So I guess I know where I'm buying my next car.

If you’re looking for a car, ask for Jamel! Outta everyone me and my husband went to in town to a dealership to buy a vehicle, Jamel made sure that he was gonna help us get into a vehicle we wanted because of the situation Stevenson put us in. Then yesterday after trying for over a month on getting another vehicle I went back to Nissan and they help us get another vehicle, even after everyone told us no. So I am greatly appreciated that I have Jamel as my car dealer man!

I'm generally against buying a new car when you can shop around and get something that fits your needs cheaper. I was looking for a newer model vehicle for myself and decided to swing in just to check things out and have a look around. Within seconds I was approached by Marcus a salesman there that didnt give me that immediate what can I put you into routine. Marcus gave a friendly opening and talked about needs vs wants. The short end of everything is by the end of the day I was in a 2017 nissan sentra fully laded with every toy imiginable for a very reasonable price. I was taken cared of and not sold into something I realky didnt want or couldnt really afford. I'm already thinking of coming back to trade my other older vehicle in to get another certified preowned vehicle. Talk to Marcus Bradburn he is a retired Marine that will look out for you.

The sales person (James Browning) went above and beyond his duties. He was very knowledgeable with the entire Nissan line. I walk into the dealership dead center to look at a Rogue, even took it for a test drive. Total time aprox 90 minutes, on the way back to the dealership I inquired about the Murano even after test driving the Rogue, talking all about the Rogue, he ask if I wanted to take the Murano for a spin. James showed great patience, understanding, and the urge to go above and beyond in his job. I will definitely be back at this dealership and the salesperson (James Browning) in a few weeks to finalize the purchase.

I got there and they estimated an hour. However, within less than 30 minutes they figured out what was wrong and fixed it! The lady in the service department was super nice and helpful even when I had 127 questions. I will definitely be back!

Staff was FANTASTIC, friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process purchasing our new vehicle. Derrick Davis was incredibly helpful and ensured every need my husband and I had was met. Even after sealing the deal, Derrick is still in contact with us making sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase and services received. I couldn't be happier with our experience at this dealership and would highly recommend to anybody shopping for a new or used Nissan!
