I can't say enough about this product and company. My daughter's exema is almost 100% gone!!! That alone is enough for me!!! If you are looking for a great company with a great product.....this is it! You won't be sorry.

My experience with the company has been PERFECT! I have read the last few reviews and I guess everyone is different and has different experiences but.....mine has been flawless. Our hair, clothes and skin are so much softer and cleaner. My husband even uses less coffee. The gift card I was given was amazing...I used it at 3 different restaurants! The install staff and follow-up was on point. I would recommend this company and product to anyone who cares about their family, health and home.

The water is a lot better with the system than before. However, my husband and I were told someone would empty our tank for us when they came to install the system, never said anything about that being an additional cost, but they didn't and for someone to do so it costs $60 more on top of the expensive system. The sales lady and installers were on 2 diff pages. Plus it took them from 4:30 til after midnight to put in my system. They also dug numerous holes and a few were left dug up and we had to fill them in. Plus, the installers were in a hurry, filled out our questionnaire page for us plus didn't take an email down for us for the cleaners so we had to call about that. Also the only water after the installation was the kitchen sink no others like they were supposed to. Also nobody mentioned about having to buy salt, new filters every so often, ect until after it was installed! So be prepared to pay way more than what you are told up front! I am Very DISPLEASED with the system other than having nicer water. But for the price, it should be good! If I had it to do over again I would NOT buy the system. Also, the papers we had to sign after the installation before they left, we wasn't even given time to read, just sign. Also, when we walked outside once the system was put in, one guy was cursing like a sailor and it was obvious they was just wanting to be done with the job. I also didn't like having to make the decision of either getting or not getting the system the same day. I felt pressured and rushed knowing the lady was just standing outside waiting for an answer. My husband and I both wish we could cancel!

The sales rep was really nice, although they did misspeak about some of the financial portions of the process. I was surprised at that later on, But overall the water is great, the install perfect and CLEAN, and the follow up awesome. They are very helpful when you are trying to use the gift cards or points to meet your needs.

My daughter has eczema that was a constant irritant at the best of times. We were amazed at how quickly relief came with our new water treatment system in place. That alone is worth my rating. But beyond that the people were kind, courteous and professional. I did not feel pressured at all by any one to buy and my water tastes great! Thanks Elite Water!

We've had our water system for about a month now. The water feels great and tastes good, much better than before. The installers didn't do the best job and had to get it fixed twice. They also left my front lawn a mess with dirt, rocks and uneven. Also the price is too high for what it is.

I just took my first shower since the system was installed. All I can say is WOW. What a difference. I would recommend this to everyone. Thanks Elite Water!!!!

Elite Water set up the system with friendly workers who did a great job. My water system works perfectly. I love it!

They came out to test our water, we got a $100 voucher for gift cards to various restaurants of our choice that participate in the program.They'll give you a pretty long presentation where they'll show you how unpure your water is, and go over the benefits and negative of their system. Everything they told us turned out to be true, everything they said it would do it did, just be aware that not all of the positive results might not be obvious but they are there.I did my own personal experiment before posting the review and it turned out very well. I took two washcloths and soaked them in water. One in our old water, one in our new water a day after the install.Next I let the cloths dry. The one that dried in our old water was hard, like a piece of cardboard, the other was almost as soft as when I first used it. Even after being used in the shower a couple times on top of that, still soft.So the product works, everyone from the sales rep to the installers were polite and professional, a couple others even stopped by the house to say hello and make sure we were satisfied with the install and they have some deals that make the system, which is expensive, more affordable. So give them a chance, worst case you get $100 worth of food for a couple hours of your time.

A lady named Amber came to my home and showed my family how dirty our water was. She conducted many water tests to determine the level of chlorine, pH, etc. I was really disgusted seeing how dirty my water actually was, even my filter for my sink in the kitchen produced dirty water. My family and I collectively decided that we would get the water system because even touching that water made me cringe. An installation man and his son came out to install the system. They were very friendly and fast. The installation man was very detailed with his instruction about the system and answered all the questions I had asked. I can definitely see a difference in everything that touches my water now. I even enjoy drinking water now because it is so clean with the "pool" taste. Please get this water system; it is definitely an investment.

We had the whole house system with reverse osmosis installed and we are so happy with the quality of our water; our skin feels so much better after showers - we actually can get some suds! Even our dogs love the water now. Good to know there is no more junk floating in our water! Thank you Elite Water Systems for contacting us - best investment we ever made!

I have been reading some of the other comments regarding the whole home water filtration system. I too received the "free gift" note in the mail and called, I reluctantly agreed to have someone come out and test the water. Although I saw the proof right before my eyes I would be lying if I said I wasn't a bit skeptical. The representative that came out was professional and did a good job fielding my questions. I say fielding because I believe he wasn't 100% honest with me. I asked him what the maintenance costs would be and he said all I had to do was fill it with salt every six months or so and the reverse osmosis would need to be changed every six months. This proved to be untrue, the installers said some COMPLETELY different! With that being said, the installers were awesome and worked very quickly and professionally. The individual that the initial rep that tested my water spoke to on the phone I was NOT pleased with one bit. I don't know where in customer service would you slander a possible customer, I could hear her calling me a fool and saying some people just don't get it. I was initially reluctant to get the system because even though I was being told something different, I had a gut feeling that there would be a lot more costs incurred than what they were telling me. This company works extremely fast, I imagine it is to reduce those who change their minds. Once it is installed you're stuck with it, right? As for the system, it works ok. I see my dishes are cleaner and spot free. This makes me much more comfortable. The reverse osmosis system actually makes my water taste a little bit foul, I tried running water through it to flush it as I was instructed. I am being a little bit more patient with this before I completely write it off. There is still a large amount of lint in my laundry, but I am using less soap, so that was true. My biggest concern with the system, and I cannot totally associate this with the system or not, but very shortly after it was installed I noticed I was minor allergic reactions, itchy red skin, irritated eyes, etc., although minor it is irritating to deal with. Again, I cannot prove it has something to do with the system, I can only say that it started shortly after it was installed. Would I recommend this product to a friend? I would have to say that I am on the fence with this. It is very expensive, but it seems to sort of do the job. I still have yet been able to get the soap program started!

We recently purchased a home in which we soon received a post card saying we had a parcel that we needed to call for. Hesitantly I called the number to receive my "gift". The gift was a $100 gift card to restaurant but it's $2 here, $4 there (Not the gift card that was explained as "$100 gift card to any restaurant of your choice). Not to mention in order to receive the gift card we were told we had to allow someone to come test our water. The lady that came to our house was very friendly, and certainly knew how to make us feel disgusted with our water. Once we sat down and started talking about buying the system we were showed the "perks" of buying, such as "points" for organic products that could last us as long as 5 years (I haven't used the products yet, so I can not rate them), having no rings in the toilet bowl (which I still do), no more lint in the dryer (still have that), softer skin & hair, and cleaner dishes (which has surprisingly stayed true). Then came the big whammy, the price tag. Taken aback after just buying a house we took a moment to talk about the purchase, and decided to go for it since we were eligible for a payment plan. Then we were told we had a 3 month trial period which made us willing to try it that much more. It didn't take the company long to send someone out and install the filtration system. However, it seems as if the sales reps and the installation guys are on two different pages. The installation guy then explained to me about having to pay for replacement filters (we have the whole house filtration system and reverse osmosis) & maintenance that had NEVER been mentioned before signing. He then informed me that there was no 3 month trial period, but I should receive a bill within 3 months. So here we are, we have a filtration system that is nice, but we are not happy about feeling tricked into the system, or the price tag to come with it.

My husband and I had the whole house system w/reverse osmosis installed and have been very pleased with the taste of the water and are excited about the possible health benefits. We can especially taste the difference when I fix coffee. I can make the coffee stronger, but it still has a smooth taste. It has helped us cut back on the amount of soap we use, because we get a good lather with less. We did have a leak in the UV light box a few days after the installation, but the installer came out as soon as his schedule would allow and made the repair. The installer has a great personality and is very customer focused. The agent that sold us the system mentioned having to purchase brine periodically to maintain the system, but neglected to mention anything about replacing the UV light or filters in the reverse osmosis system. He also couldn't tell us exactly how much to expect to pay in finance charges, but told us that he only paid $2 per month for his system. This led us to believe that the finance charges wouldn't be very expensive each month. We were set up on a 3 month deferral program that was suppose to be offered as an after holiday promotion. When we received the first statement it already indicated that we owed $31.03. I was told by the local office, when I called, that the amount covered the 3 months. It actually appears to have only covered 7 days. We have had the system installed for a month as of 2/11/2014. I called on that date to ask the finance company for the payoff amount and was given the payoff which included $144.81 in finance charges if paid by 2/21/2014. I would have handled things differently had I known at the time of the sale.

We got a great deal on this system and it works great! Our water has never tasted better. The guy who came and tested the water was a great guy. He was very knowledgeable and at the same time very funny and personable. We ordered the system the night he came and they actually installed 2 days later on a Sunday! Great customer service! They were in and out in a couple hours with no mess at all.

We had a wonderful experience. The gentleman who tested the water was very informative and easy to talk to. The company made it a point to be sure that my husband was home for the testing. Thanks so much!

We Signed up for the system on a thursday and they were here on Friday. We did have a Leak the next day when we woke up under the sink where they installed the drinking fountain. We just called them and they were out within a hour to fix it. We have had no problems after that. We have had our System for about 30 day and we love it. My hair feels better not dry like it was. the water taste better. We just love it.

Just recently moved to NC and didn't know how hard the water is and its horrible condition. We found out when Randy came to do the free water testing and we were shocked. Needless to say we went for the water system and reverse osmosis because we couldn't bear the thought of us or anybody in my family, or friends coming to visit, drinking all that nastiness. Goodbye dry skin and welcome better health and peace of mind. And savings with the Natural Visions products. We were looking for better water for my son niece and our family, and we found it with elite water. We got the water filtration system and we also got the reverse osmosis. The service before we got it and while they were putting it in was amazing. They were explaining what everything was and how to use it and what it does. Our products are wonderful we never want to get rid of it! Make sure you get good customer service!

We recently bought a new house and was asked if we wanted them to come test our water just for our benefit and there was no requirement to purchase anything. We knew our water was bad but didn't realize just how bad it was. Getting this system has made a world of difference in our everyday living and we are using so much less soaps and detergents. Great choice we made and will keep it and let others know how good this is and the difference it has made for us.
