I am very impressed with Tess when she answered the phone to inform me of location and hours and what to expect. I arrived 2/27/2019 and filled out the paperwork and then walked over to pick out my cane. I am very happy with the professionalism, courtesy and caring attitude. I have been a customer since 2011. Sandy has always been the one to assist with my needs whether it's answering questions or updating my supplies. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient and ensures that I completely understand the product before leaving the store.
