I have gone here since my stylist started. I have always had great service. Brandi is the best! She also does my daughter hair and I am pleased with it as well. Brandi has taken very hood care of our hair especially so since my daughter and i have gone natural. As for the cell phones, there everywhere.

I've gone to fantastic sams for years and always had the same girl cut my hair. She does an awesome job every time. But one particular day, she was busy so I let another girl cut my hair. It was so uneven, she rushed and acted like I was wasting her time. For now on, I will always use Carla or I will come back another day. If she ever quits, I will go somewhere else.

I went in to receive a hair cut and while i was there the girls were more worried about their cell phones then cutting hair. it was the most unprofessional place i have ever been in. the hair cut was OK. I wont be going back.

The girl that cut my hair did a great job. But while sitting there. 4 girls were more interrested in their phones and Counting tips. The store was not busy but I think it is so unprofessional. I think that there is so many other things they could have been doing. If I Owned the store personnel cell phones would not be allowed in the store. One girl was cutting someones hair and checking her phone. I will never let her cut my hair.

I highly recommend Tiffany as a stylist. She is very good at what she does and is very friendly. Every girl knows how hard it is to find the right person to do your hair and when you do you are very loyal.

ABSOLUTELY THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGER WASN'T EVEN HELPFUL OR FRIENDLY. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE USING THIS LOCATION AT ALL. GIRLFRIEND SUGGESTED I GO TO THEM AND DIDN'T REALIZE I WENT TO THE WRONG ONE (BY TARGET). GOT A CHOP JOB ON MY HEAD AND THE WORST VIEWING OF MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN!! I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO KNOW I HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS RUNNING MY BUSINESS.
