Esp surprising is how Credit mgr Kevin Jenkins, in the Jacksonville, NC store, treated fellow service members since he is a retired marine himself. I guess a steady pay is all that counts to a person. Keeping the boss happy and breaking the law.Glad the NC Atty General saw fit to correct injustice to those that die for us.

Don't buy here! First off they don't call when they say they will and they don't return calls. I bought loft bed for my daughter, the assistant manager placed the order but forgot to mention that the whole bottom structure was missing!! I went back to complain and after over a week the sales manager calls me back completely rude and tells me that I need to pay more money for the other two pieces that were missing granted he brough down the price THEY STILL MISSED SOME PIECES! Worst experience of my life they quoted me $500 for the bed and $700.00 later I still don't have the complete bed! What is frustrating is that I could have gotten the complete bed for less at Ashley furniture but because the promised me a lower price I went with them. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE
