I have bought and sold several homes, including foreclosures and Attor. Strout did a great job getting all the papers done on time and always returned my emails. They have a very friendly staff and we close in less than 30 days.

hired for bankruptcy and has not done anything, but keep getting the money for the trustee, Then found out that he did not include the 2nd mortage which should have been done.. Will not work for you just do waht he wants... still waiting for answers to questions three weeks ago.. no call backs

Took him 11 months to get divorce done and over with, would take him months at a time to get documents to me. would never answer his phone or emails for that matter... costed 4k for a divorce and i never even recieved documents stating who got what in the divorce.

I am HIGHLY recommending Strout & Oswalt. We had a need of their services for Criminal court and Mr. Oswalt was excellent in the court room. He was very thorough, and was able to get our case dismissed. He's not too expensive, either-very fair and will work with you on payment. Also Mr. Strout is a great guy too. We used him when we closed on our house and he explained everything to us so we could understand it. Anyone needing a good Real Estate Lawyer or Criminal Lawyer has chosen the right place when they pick Strout and Oswalt!
