This guy is straight up the best lawn care I have ever experienced. Total pro. I got the best lawn in the neighborhood!

This business deserves less than 1 star!!! They are hired by my neighbor regularly to upkeep her lawn but in May 2013 they were also hired by her to trespass on my property and proceeded to destroy a mature bush measuring almost 7 ft wide by 7 ft high. Luckily I was able to stop them from total destruction and after confronting the lawn worker I was told directly by the workers that the work order came in from the neighbor and was approved by the office to trespass on my lawn and do a total cut-down of a row of approx. 5 large mature bushes. I then called the police and an investigation ensued but Jackson Lawn lied to the police claiming the worker had been fired and was unavailable for questioning when he was still employed there. Repeated calls to them from me resulted in no response from the company and no attempts to rectify their destruction of my property. Police reports verify that the workers admitted fault to the police but Jackson Lawn continues to dodge responsibility and now places the blame on me....how outrageous! Their worker is caught red-handed yet the management somehow thinks it is sensible to blame me?! Their character and business ethics are evident in how they treat people they have wronged so beware doing business with these unprofessional and unethical people!

My neighbors have their lawn cut by this company and this company seems totally unprofessional with no respect for others. My neighbor actually hired them to cut down bushes that were clearly on my property and unfortunately I didn t catch them until they had already hacked down one 8 ft high by 6 ft wide bush. The yardman kept telling me how the neighbor had told him that they were her bushes so I asked him if he could tell where the property line was to which he replied yes I knew they weren t on her property but she said they were so I went ahead and cut them. I know my neighbor is crazy so I tried to cut the yardman some slack but after repeated attempts to contact Jackson Landscaping with no replies I realized that they simply didn t care that they had trespassed and damaged property. The police became involved due to the neighbor s malicious vandalism but when they tried to investigate Jackson Lawn claimed that they had already fired the yardworker and he was unavailable for interview through them. I found him and discovered that he did still work there and that Jackson just didn t want him to tell the truth about what he had been ordered to do. What kind of business helps to perpetrate crime and acts to damage property without accepting any kind of responsibility for what their workers do? Their very actions speak loudly for what kind of people they are, I don t pay for their services so therefore they didn t care what damage they had done to me....is that the kind of business you want working around your house or your neighbors? The rating of ZERO stars wasn t allowed but that is truly what this outfit deserves!
