Paid these folks over 6 thousand dollars for a new heat pump, less than 1 year later it went out and called them, too busy to help us and took over three days for them to even look at it. called again and was told they would call me back in 5 minutes, after an hour I call them back, still no hurry to help. what ever happened to being a company who stood behind you product and or services?
