Everything is great except for the service can be really good or pretty bad just depends who’s working that night. One of my favorite places to eat and if you have kids you should check out the toy train that goes around the dining room it’s really cute.

This was the first time That I went buffet and everything was so fresh. I was eating a little of each item and nothing bad to say about anything. If you want good food ....EAT HERE! every one was nice

The ownership and staff at The Mai Tai always make you feel welcome. They are cordial and courteous, the food is excellent and the addition of the Hibachi Grill completes a perfect dining experience-Brother Bruce Cronkite

If you like being greeted by roaches like joes apartment come on down

A pet peeve of mine with many buffets is that the food stays no matter how old or cold. This place has always had a wonderful selection which has always been fresh and hot. The flavors are delicious and the selection many. I've not had a problem getting on or off the road but there are times the lot is fairly full. It has a big lot and I've always found a parking place. Don't hesitate to go here, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The tables are small, the food is like the scrapped it off the floor. And i saw a roach come out from beneath the buffet. never going back.

I went here a couple years back.... And NEVER went back... I ate so much food...haha. I thought I was going to burst. It was that good!!!! MUST EAT HERE!! I am going to treat myself GOOD on this coming bday nxt weekend and eat here.Love this place

I have been a faithful customer of the Mai Tai restaurant in the Jacksonville area for over 25 years and the food never disappoints. In fact, their buffet is second to none and the food is always fresh and delicious. David and his staff are excellent and so is the cuisine. I could highly recommend going there for a great night of relaxed enjoyment!

If you want a family night out to a chinese buffets this is the best to choose. I'm from New Jersey and some of my family lives in Jacksonvelle, when I come back to visit I will be comeing back to Mai-Tai. Even some of my family from Indiana loved it! Not the best italian dishes but chinese yes! Maybe you should think about oppening one up north.
