Military Relocator is a very unprofessional and inconsiderate company. My wife and I rented a house under their company and found out first hand how bad a rental company can be. First things first, we had the AC unit go out on us three years in a row. It took them a week to have someone come out the first time. The other two times we waited nearly two weeks for someone to fix the problem in the middle of summer. Two winter in a row the heater went down. Same results! These are items that are in your contract that have to be maintained! My wife would have to contact them five to six times on other issues, before they would do anything about it. Now mind you, we paid our rent on time, every single time, and this is how we were treated. The icing on the cake was when the home owners decided to move back to the area and notified Military Relocator in Jan of this year about them coming back. They did this to make sure that my wife and I had plenty of notice of their return. Military Relocator did not say anything to us until June 5. Then asked us to be out by 1 July. The home owner called me because she was not happy that Military Relocator did not tell us prior to 5 June. The home owner worked with us and let us stay a few weeks longer, because we could not find a ready to move in house for my family of five, at the time. Military relocator did nothing to help us out!!!

All Military Relocator care about is taking your money. Nothing more and nothing less.

Just to let you know, I'm not a 19yr old PFC. I'm a 38yr old Gunnery Sergeant with a family of five that is good with money and takes good care of my family. If they will do this to me, what will they try to pull with that 19yr old PFC.

Please, do not use these people when looking to rent your house or find a place to rent!!!!

In closing, the staff at Military relocator was very rude to my wife, which is funny. Every time I walked in the door, they were super nice to me. Funny how that works. Now think of this, your deployed and something goes wrong with the house, and your wife has to handle it. Would you want her walking into a place that is willing to treat your wife that way? Not me!

We had a great experience with Military Relocator, most especially with Donna Atkinson Chase and Darren Chase. They sold our home (in this buyers market) at a price point that we were happy with and trust us, it wasn't easy. Donna's negotiation skills, caring and careful approach released our old home.

Next was finding a new home. These folks went over and beyond to help lock in our new home. Our team was so ready to close on the home.... down to the last detail. The other side made errors which pushed the closing, but night and day Donna and Darren worked their tail off that make our dream home a reality! Our calls were always welcomed, late office hours to get contracts completed....the list goes on and on, but that's what you get when people genuinely care about your welfare, they are knowledgeable, hardworking and have amazing people & negotiation skills. We couldn't have gotten a better team! Thank you Donna and Darren and Military Relocator!

The staff at military relocator was extremely rude and unprofessional in behavior. With the exception of a couple of the staff members who only hold secretarial type positions did not fall under this category. My wife was laughed at to her face when we attempted to turn in my paperwork to be released of my lease due to an upcoming deployment. We are still awaiting resolve of this issue and simply cannot believe the unprofessional behavior. Not only was my wife laughed at, but when called by my command, he laughed at them as well. Both of the property managers were extremely rude through the whole process. This is coupled and confirmed by when my bike was stolen from the property we had thought it was towed, and so we contacted military relocator to see if it had been. It wasn't but when we called they gave us an extreme amount of hassle before they would simply answer whether it was towed or not so we could get back to the police and insurance company.
