Delivery driver forgot part of the order had to go back and get it so while the rest of the family ate i had to wait for my salad. When the store was contacted after waiting for a while for the driver to come back the staff was rude. The manager Tom stated it was my fault I had to wait to eat and I should have made my family (which included a 4 year old) wait for their food. I thought he should have give me a simple credit for another salad with our next order, which would have satisfied me. He thought I was rude for asking and didn't see a problem with forgetting part of an order refused to give me the corporate number when I explained he was being unreasonable after all we had just spent $50.

This place was awesome! I don't know why whoever gave them 1 star did it, but I assure you, the pizza was delicious, the service was on point, and it's my opinion that you won't find better pizza deals in Jacksonville!
