Provided by YP.comWould not recommend this practice to VETERANS whose bill is being paid by the VA. Morgan and associates referred me to a debt collection agency because the VA authorized my treatment, the provider accepted me as a VA patient yet when the VA did not pay the bill in a timely manner, I was referred to a somewhat sleazy collection agency even though I had been working with the Morgan's aggressively to try to get the VA to pay the bill. Had to get the media and my congressman involved before the VA finally paid. My referring dentist couldn't believe this provider took such action. They have a policy also that if referred to debt collections, they won't see you again even if you pay privately. May be technically very good but Vets should stay away.

The Morgan family has been our family dentists for over 15 years. Although we live in Swansboro, we do not mind the drive into Jacksonville to get our teeth taken care by the Morgans. They are very competent, friendly, and just a fantastic group to work with.

I originally started going to Dr. Gover in September of 2012, I loved her and loved Heather who cleaned my teeth! They are wonderful, if it werent for their incompetent , unprofessional and rude receptionist and insurance billing staff I would go back. I was rescheduled for another cleaning in March of 2013, I live 40 minutes away and have a newborn baby who Dr. Gover and Heather said they wouldnt mind me bringing. Mind you, getting out of the house with a newborn and driving 40 minutes for a 9 AM appt is challenging. I got there to my appt. and was told "Oops youll have to come back. We made an error and your not due for a cleaning yet, you can come back in May." As you can imagine, I was enraged and tried to talk it over with the receptionist but she never apologized nor would take the blame she even had the courage to say "well this isnt our fault." YES IT WAS. So I rescheduled for today, May 17th. I got a reminder phone call on May 16th and asked "is everything good to go? No issues for when I drive all the way there this time?" I was assured everything was fine. However, I did not trust their staff so I called at 8 AM when they opened on the day of my appt to ask again, then I am told "Oh, your still not due for a cleaning it is late summer." Thank goodness, I am the kind of indivdiual who follows up and makes sure before going through with something. Yet again, their staff screwed up and did not take the blame. I asked why was I told then when I was here IN PERSON that I could come back today and why when I called yesterday was I assured and she managed to say "well, I dont know, do you want to reschedule?" Must be a joke. I have my bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration and am working on a masters and I know for a FACT that that is not the way you conduct business, deal with customers or run a practice. I sincerely hope the dentist who owns this practice reads these and reconsiders his staff or their training.

My husband has had over 10,000 dollars in dental work, performed by Dr. Kim, no insurance so cash price, well he is now having issues with his bonds that Dr. Kim put in and recommended , they keep breaking, she is now charging him for the repairs which were suppose to be covered under her warranty, her words were if I perform the work I quarantee it, now she is saying because they keep breaking that she can't keep fixin them for free, but each time they are being fixed my husband is getting his teeth cleaned (4 x a year) so charges for cleaning and x-rays are being billed, after going round and round with Dr. Kim she stated to Linda in billing that if we needed to change to a different dentist she would understand (REALLY) thats how we treat loyal customers , prices high, and obviously they need the money really bad to sacrifice customers

My 93 year old neighbor went in for a cleaning and exam. The hygienist was great but they found three teeth that needed filled. I understand that the front teeth need tooth colored fillings but the back tooth could have had a silver filling at a much cheaper price and for God's sake, could you have given her a discount?? She had to pay near $1000.00. That is a sad day when I patient of that age and that many years of patronage gets no consideration for a discount.

Dr. Tommy and Kim are AMAZING!! They have become like a part of our family. My kids love going to the Dentist and it doesnt get much better than that! They have saved so many of my teeth that many other dentist would have just pulled. I have a beautiful smile now and they are ALL mine! They are worth every penny! They are active in this communityand care about the people who live here no matter what income bracket they are in!

First Appointment with Dr. Kim Morgan was comfortable and welcoming, Dr. Morgan cares for her patients and wants the very best dental experience she can provide without pain.The staff is very professional and they set you at ease as if you are family. The first time I had to have work done two crowns of five needed replaced.I thought Oh Gosh here comes the pain! I didn't feel the needle. That in it's self says how good Dr. Morgan is.The assistant and Dr. Morgan always ask if I'm okay, am I in pain and always take care of me when I have pain.I am hard to numb she made sure I was in no pain for every procedure. I have had great dental work from this dentist and recomend everyone to them. One of the best things are my children aren't afraid to go to the dentist anymore they had a wonderful experience with Dr. Morgan and her staff. If your looking for a dentist this is the Dentist you want to have for your family.I was recomended by my insurance company to Dr. Morgan. Some people think th

They may be expensive, but the dentists are top notch. Personally, I rather pay a little more to get quality service. Dr. Morgan, Sr., by far, is the best dentist that has ever worked on me. Unfortunately, I have spent alot of time in the dental chair, so I should know. I don't like pain, and I have rarely experienced any pain with Dr Morgan,Sr. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan, Sr. and his staff.
