Chuck in the fish department- super knowledgeable and honest. They have a variety of supplies and cages for all kinds of animals and fish you won't find across the street at the big box, some are a little on pricey side, others are not at all. They have the best selection of birds in the area. Just do your own research on the pet first to avoid expensive mistakes.

puppy is well behaved and has been easy to house train. good personalty

I primarily go here for the fish section. Chuck is always nice and super helpful. They have a good selection of fresh and marine fish. Giving this place 5 stars alone for chuck and the experiences with him. I cannot say that for the other staff as I feel like I'm completely ignored by them and if I ask for something, I feel like I'm bothering them or interrupting their shoot-the-crap session.

Bought my Golden here back in December 2017 and has been healthy as can be ever since. Got him as soon as he came in the store. Nice young lady helped us out. Obviously dogs are gonna get sick here if they're there for a while. Your kids get sick from pre school and don't blame the school. And if the store wants to turn a profit that's the owners choice.

I have been doing business with these folks for over 25 years. I have purchased several animals from them and every single one have been such a joy! I also have been blessed with these folks taking my kittens and selling them for such a cheap price. I put a lot of time, energy, money and love and they always go above and beyond and give them their shots and everything else. You are getting extremely healthy animals from them. Highly recommend !!!!!!

Awful staff. Just absolutely rude. Worst experience I've ever had ANYWHERE. I'd actually go out of my way to discourage potential customers from entering this establishment. Seriously not worth your $$. Also, if you're looking for an honest batch of reviews, check yelp or google. The majority here are obviously fake.

This is a great example of a small business that cares.

We go into pet warehouse on a regular basis. Never has anyone been rude. I have never seen a cleaner pet store and I have been in plenty. They care about their customers as well as their animals, all the animals are well cared for. I will always give them my business when I need something. This store has to compete with the big name pet stores, not an easy thing to do. They have always answered our questions and taken the time to help

Pet Warehouse is good to me .

Bought our Morkie here last May.. Took him to the vet the following day as recommended by the sales associate.. Our puppy had a clean bill of health and is the best dog we have ever owned. I would absolutely buy from here again when shopping for our next pup. I still go in quite frequently since I buy dog food here and always look at the puppies. Yes I have seen a few dogs over time that have looked like they may be sick but that's what happens when you have a ton of babies in one area. (U find the same things at the pound)They have a vet that comes in daily. I really enjoy the fact that there is still a pet store around since there so hard to come across these days.. As far as a puppy mill they don't disclose where the dogs come from it is only assumed they come from the worst conditions not a fact.. Seems to me like there are so many horrible reviews on here but these puppies get sold so they can't be all that bad. I love this store!

Very helpful and nice .

Bought my golden retriever here. Only one out of the two places in Jacksonville that sells puppies/dogs. I was helped by Chuck who informed me a lot about the puppy. Chuck also introduced me to bulk puppy treats that were $1.69/lb. Worth it!!! My puppy loves them & its cheap. You can also buy these in the bulk boxes for almost $1/lb.

It's a bit pricey, I have to admit. It looks a little shady inside compared to like a PetCo or a PetSmart, but they're all about same. They have dogs, cats, snakes, rats, birds, ferrets, bunnies, rabbits, fish, and more

I am a regular customer here at Pet Warehouse. I am very pleased with the service I receive here. I have found everything I need in the way of pets when my needs arise.

They honestly care about their animals there and I would highly recommend anyone to go their for anything you may need.

Chuck is always the most helpful with everything, especially with the feeders and salt stuff.
